Dr. Forest E. Watson, CEO of Forum Technologies
International has had a long and successful career creating, growing, and providing sustainable organizations. His personal foundation begins with a doctorate in economics and business management, with a specialization in organizational behavior. He used this foundation to launch a 45-yr career serving the public as superintendent of several school districts throughout Texas. In particular, Dr. Watson developed quite a reputation as a turnaround specialist bringing financially troubled districts to a state of fiscal soundness. He has started literally hundreds of new schools worldwide, including 130+ in Russia alone. In 1992, Dr. Watson started up a new network marketing venture and brought it public. That company, Mighty Power USA, was then acquired by Royal Bodycare, placing him in an active role on their board where he helped take them public. Dr. Watson now serves on the board of investment banking and advisory firm Motorskill in Houston, where he is Chairman of their International Advisory Board.
